Hailey fell in love with horses when she begun riding at age 6 at the Village Club in Cherry Hills Village, CO. After her first shows it was obvious that the horse bug she had caught wasn't going anywhere so Hailey transitioned to Champions Equestrians where she begun to show on the A circuit as well as get her first taste at riding many different horses. While training at Champions Hailey competed in Interscholastic Equestrian Association shows and helped bring up young horses while continuing to show with her own horses. After this she progressed on to training with Rita Timpinaro who guided her to Forest Edge Farms where she trained in the summer before 2016 Pony finals and then stayed on the team for the following years competing in the Hunters and Equitation before transitioning to the jumpers.

Hailey now trains with Chris Kappler and is based on the east coast. She spends her summers based out of New Jersey and is in Wellington, Florida during the winters. With CBK she has progressed from the 1.0m low children's to the low junior jumpers during her first year on the team.
